Most of the marketplaces in developed countries (as in the USA) would require the seller to have a presence in the country. You would need to register a US company and get a USD account to register on these marketplaces, both of which could be provided by us ($498 one time), to register on these marketplaces (Groupon, Sears, Rakuten, Overstock, and others) as a seller. You could easily register and start selling on these marketplaces after we are done with the registration of your company and bank account, which will take not more than 10 business days. A US address would be required if you plan to import goods into the US which could be availed for $119.

You may use almost any warehouse in the US after you register as a US company. However, if you are just looking to sell on Amazon USA  or use Amazon FBA for fulfillment then you may not register a company but only do a foreign registration with the IRS and get the US address, both of which could be provided by us ($399 one time), to use the Amazon FBA and import goods into the USA directly.

We are serving clients who register on these marketplaces had to form a US company and get the US bank account. Some of these sellers sell as a drop shipper and also uses warehouses for fulfillment.
